Friends of Lake Villa District Library August Used Book Sale Begins Aug. 14

Preview Night for Friends members is Thursday, August 14 from 4:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. Doors open to the public at 6pm. Renew or purchase a membership at the door beginning at 3:30p.m.

The sale runs Friday, August 15 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. and Saturday August 16 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. $2 bag sale begins at noon on Saturday.

Teachers with ID will receive a 10 percent discount on their purchases.

The Friends of LVDL have been devoted library advocates for 35 years sponsoring used book sales to purchase library materials and equipment. Donations of gently used books, CDs, and DVDs are always welcome.

Lake Villa District Library enriches life in our community by connecting people with resources, services and each other. The library is located at 1001 E. Grand Avenue, Lake Villa, Illinois.
