DuPage Homeownership Center Offers Free Help for Struggling Homeowners

Are you struggling to make your mortgage payment? Let a HUD-Approved housing expert help you prepare your application for mortgage assistance and submit it directly to your mortgage company. The DuPage Homeownership Center, in partnership with the Northwest Side Housing Center and the Illinois Foreclosure Prevention Network will participate in three “Help for Homeowners” events on Sept. 18,19 and 21 at multiple convenient locations.

Events are as follows:

· Sept.18-19, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., DuPage Homeownership Center, 1600 E. Roosevelt, Wheaton, IL 60187

· Sept.18-19, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Northwest Side Housing Center, located at 5007 W. Addison, Chicago, IL 60641

· Sept. 21, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., DuPage County Govt. Center Auditorium, 421 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187

Through financial literacy, understanding credit, homebuyer education and one-on-one counseling, the DuPage Homeownership Center helps DuPage families realize the dream of responsible, sustainable homeownership.
