Dundee Township Lions Club members will be out in the community on May 3 and 4th at store fronts to seek donations to fund programs to fight diabetes.
Nearly 26 million Americans are fighting diabetes. Tens of millions are at high risk. More than 231,000 lose their fight each year.
You can show your support for this cause by contributing money to one of the Lions members dressed in their bright yellow vest. Giving a donation will help to continue the services that have made a world of difference in the lives of people fighting this devastating disease.
All funds received go directly to the charity. Lions is a charitable non-profit service organization that conributes to numerous charities throughout the community.
People interested in making a difference by joining the Lions should contact Gene Tester, president (847) 807-2332.
