Elk Grove Village Singer and Worship Leader to Host Live Recording of Her One-Woman Show

Singer, actress and worship leader Vikki J. Myers will host a FREE, live taping of her one-woman show “Faith, Hope & Love: History Making Women of Our Time.” The event will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, and will take place at Elk Grove Village Baptist Church. The Church is located at 801 Beisner Road in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Myers created “Faith, Hope & Love” to pay tribute to 10 faith-inspired women who have not only impacted her life, but have been credited with changing the course of history. Spanning three centuries, Myers' production creatively weaves in elements of drama and moving music throughout the 60-minute show, which highlights the lives of such notable figures as Susan B. Anthony, Mahalia Jackson, Rosa Parks, and Mother Teresa.

Myers says, “Since March is Women's History Month, I thought this would be the perfect time to present my show. It is an inspirational program that I believe will encourage women of all ages to remain hopeful and prayerful…even in the midst of a challenging time.” As an added bonus, everyone who attends the live recording of “Faith, Hope & Love” will have a chance to enter a drawing to win a copy of Myers' CD, “I Just Want to Thank You Lord” (which has been receiving great feedback from internet listeners).

A resident of Elk Grove Village, Myers is known throughout the Chicagoland area for her work with Kingdom Impact Theatre (KIT) Ministries. Co-founded approximately 16 years ago by Myers and her husband, Mike, KIT Ministries creates musical and theatrical programming for churches, conferences, and special events.
