Nekritz a refreshing voice of reason

I am writing to tell you and our neighbors about why I want to see state Rep. Elaine Nekritz re-elected this fall.

In today’s political climate it is hard to believe what politicians say in the media. What makes Elaine so refreshing is that she is genuine and understands the needs of the 57th House District.

Elaine’s commitment to public service and meeting her constituents’ needs is second to none. Whenever I’ve had a problem or concern, she’s been there to hear me out. And unlike other politicians, she shares her thoughts on the important issues and how they are being handled at the capitol with great candor.

But it’s more than that. With Elaine, we have a representative who is solely focused on fixing the problems that are holding our state back. Just look at her record this year. She’s been a leading voice for finding a fair and equitable solution to the pension crisis that will protect teachers in the suburbs, the city and treat state workers fairly. Her goal is to ensure our tax dollars are going for the right priorities.

Elaine Nekritz knows what it takes to get the job done. She has the right values and the determination to make sure we see real solutions. Let’s support her on Nov. 6 to represent us and help turn this state around.
