Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade in Schaumburg

Schaumburg Park District’s Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way, will host the annual Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade from noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 13.

Dogs are encouraged to come dressed to impress in their Halloween costume and be ready to be judged for the most unique get-up. Dog friendly activities include a dog agility course, fun tricks competition, a pooch parade and an area for free play. The first 50 dogs will receive a special Halloween treat.

All dogs must have current shots. Records must be attached to the registration form or brought to Meineke Recreation Center.

The fee for residents is $2 per person and $5 per dog. The fee for nonresidents is $3 per person and $7 per dog.
