Day as a Knight a great time for kids

As a parent and grandparent, I am disappointed in your paper for not putting an ad or an article for the Day as a Knight, the Prospect High School Marching Knights’ fun day for children.

These students worked hard and long hours to put on a great program for children of all ages to participate in a musical experience and try out a selection of instruments as a Marching Knight.

There were band instruments, uniforms, games, food and most of all band members who took the time to encourage youngsters in the fun of music. Some may even become Mount Prospect Concert band members.
