Seigle’s CEO to talk with Women in Management in Elgin

The Northern Fox Valley Chapter of Women in Management presents Mark Seigle, president of Seigle’s Cabinet Center, as part of the chapter’s “ Conversations ...” series on Thursday, May 24, at the Elgin Country Club, 2575 Weld Road, Elgin. Networking begins at 11:30 a.m., with the luncheon and program at noon. Meetings adjourn promptly at 1:30 p.m. Cost for $25 for members and $30 for nonmembers. Reservations must be made for attendance online at wimonline.org no later than 5 p.m. Monday, May 21.

Seigle of Elgin knows all about transition. He has experienced it from a big company, to consulting, to now a smaller hands-on company. Previously president of Seigle’s Inc, he is now president of Seigle’s Cabinet Center. Find out how this community leader and savvy business professional made his own transitions to continue his family’s business.

Originally founded in 1881, Seigle’s Cabinet Center is today one of the largest distributors of kitchen and bath cabinetry and countertops to the new construction and remodeling market throughout Northeastern Illinois.

Seigle is co-chairman of the Elgin Funders Forum, member of Kiwanis Club of Elgin, trustee of West Dundee Fire Protection District and trustee of Elgin Park and Recreation Foundation. He is a life member, past chairman and campaign manager of the United Way of Elgin. He has received many honors and distinctions, including Distinguished Service Award from the Cosmopolitan Club of Elgin and Associate of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.

He and his wife, Robin Friend Seigle, have two children, Margot Seigle and Joel Seigle.

The Northern Fox Valley Chapter of Women in Management was founded in 1984. It is part of a national organization. Members are comprised of professionals in six categories: academic; corporate; entrepreneur; government; licensed, degreed professional; and not-for-profit.
