The League of Women Voters will host a candidate forum on Monday, March 5 at the Round Lake Beach Cultural Center, 2007 Civic Center Way. It will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Candidates for three Lake County Board seats, the 10th Congressional District and the 31st state Senate District have been invited to participate. For those who can't attend but are interested in the forum, it'll be carried live on WRLR 98.3-FM and over the station's website at wrlr.fm. A rebroadcast is set for noon Sunday, March 11 on 98.3-FM and the website. WRLR is a nonprofit, community radio station based in Round Lake Heights that reaches most of Lake County. It is operated by more thanr 70 volunteers.
