Keep Mike Adelizzi in GOP driver's seat

In the past I have been heavily involved in local politics and campaigns in Schaumburg Township as far back as the mid 1990s. During that time I have seen the Schaumburg Township Republican Organization, under various names, progress from a Northwest suburban power house under Don Totten, to an organization that under Paul Froehlich split the Republican base and after diminishing its effectiveness walked away from it to become a Democrat.

Now under the leadership of Mike Adelizzi it has once again become a respected organization, focused, effective and unified. In these past 15 years there is one thing that has become very clear. The character of an effective committeeman dedicated to choosing the right candidates and leading his party to victory is the willingness to serve the party unselfishly by keeping the values of the organization above his own personal desires and agendas.

Mike Adelizzi is a good example of a committeeman who has fulfilled that obligation.

By promoting a true atmosphere of collaboration and a return to a solid conservative foundation, the Schaumburg Township Republican Organization is once again a credible place for Republicans to come together under similar beliefs and values. We owe this complete rebuilding of the local party to Mike's leadership. He has earned my trust and that of many others I know and respect.

I urge you to vote for Mike Adelizzi for Schaumburg Township Republican Committeeman on Feb. 2, 2010, and keep the Republican Party in Schaumburg Township moving forward by selecting and electing good candidates and serving the voters and the conservative needs of Schaumburg Township.
