Wescott School celebrates National Blue Ribbon Schools 2022 award

Wescott School in Northbrook hosted an assembly on Monday, November 14, for students, staff, the Northbrook/Glenview District 30 Board of Education and local dignitaries to celebrate its distinction as a National Blue Ribbon School 2022.

Speakers shared thoughts and even poems about what makes Wescott so special, and children led the group in song.

This is the second National Blue Ribbon Wescott has earned for academic excellence, after receiving the honor in 2013, and the third for District 30. Maple School also won the award in 2021.
