Savvy Seniors Event Sept. 29 in Schaumburg
The Schaumburg Committee on Aging will be hosting a Savvy Seniors event from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, Sept. 29 at The Barn, 231 S. Civic Dr.
Several topics relevant to older adults will be discussed including internet safety and how to navigate the web; travel and activities; discounts; legal and advanced directives; and homecare.
Complementary desserts and raffles will be included.
Seniors who register in advance can purchase lunch for $3.25.
