Skynn Piercing, Permanent Makeup, and Tattoo will host a grand opening ceremony on Sunday, June 26 from 2 to 6 pm.

A ribbon cutting will take place at 3 pm at the business located at 909 Oak Street in North Aurora, IL.

 

Owner operator Rachael Lynn had a soft opening in April of 2022, and has been welcomed by the community and neighboring businesses. Skynn takes pride in focusing on cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization that permeates in every aspect of the business which includes tattoos, piercing, and permanent makeup. All of the tattoo artists, permanent makeup artists, and piercers at Skynn take continuing education courses and are First Aid and CPR certified.

Client comfortability is a huge priority at Skynn. Artists take extra time and effort to ensure a safe, welcoming experience for everyone.

Rachael is the lead Piercer at Skynn Studio and welcomes the opportunity to pierce adults as well as children aged 4 and older. "We book a full hour with children so there is no rushing. We go at the child's pace," says Rachael. "During the procedure the child is the boss, and they are free to give AND retract consent at any time."

Rachael Lynn's education and background in graphic design and photography brought her into the world of piercing, using her keen eye to design stacked lobes, nostrils, ear projects, and more, all with the highest quality jewelry available.
