Cambridge Partners Welcomes Cole Reimer and Michael Boynton

PALATINE, IL, June 7, 2022- Cole Riemer joins the team as a valuation associate specializing in complex tangible asset valuation services. He has performed domestic and international purchase price allocation valuations for purposes of business combinations in accordance with ASC 805 and IFRS 3. Prior to joining Cambridge Partners & Associates, Cole was an Economics student at the University of Chicago in Hyde Park, Illinois.

At the University of Chicago, Mr. Riemer studied economic theory deriving economic markets and the structure of capital as a function of output. Mr. Riemer also conducted industry and sector-specific private research in pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, traditional retailers, as well as in the tranches of structured debt. Cole built future projection volatility models of fixed and moving averages as they related to the S&P 500 and govt. T-Bills. Cole was also a successful varsity collegiate wrestler at the University of Chicago competing at 146 pounds.

Michael Boynton joins as a valuation associate specializing in complex valuation services and M&A advisory. Michael is a recent graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan where he studied Finance and Accounting. While at Hope, he managed an endowment and performed detailed analysis, market research, and analysis on the consumer staples sector. In his free time, Michael enjoys the outdoors including mountain biking, camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Cole and Michael join Cambridge Partners to continue the firm's success in providing advisory services to the U.S. and international business communities.
