Courtyard Chicago Glenview/Northbrook under new ownership

Courtyard Chicago Glenview/Northbrook has been sold effective May 24, 2022. The 149-room property located at 1801 Milwaukee Ave., in Glenview, Illinois, has been purchased by California based Myat Thida Myint & Associates LLC. The company has selected General Hotels Corporation based in Indianapolis, IN as the new management company for the property effective immediately.

Therefore, we have decided to expand our investment portfolio into the Chicago hospitality industry to serve the people and do our part in stimulating the city's growth. Both the ownership and management company are pleased to announce the property's existing hotel staff will be staying on in their current positions. Courtyard Chicago Glenview/Northbrook is located just 5 minutes from the Chicago Executive Airport and 20 minutes from O'Hare International Airport. This hotel is popular for travelers visiting attractions like Kohl Children's Museum, Chicago Botanic Garden and Ravinia and local corporations including Allstate, CVS Health, GN Beltone, NIPSTA, and Astellas.
