Schwabe Group Launches Real Estate Podcast Series

Arlington Heights Realtor David Schwabe has launched a new podcast series focused on residential real estate. Schwabe, who heads The Schwabe Group, recently announced that his team has joined the rapidly growing Compass Chicagoland real estate technology company. Founded in 2006 by David Schwabe, The Schwabe Group consists of 7 agents and handled more than $40 million in transactions in 2021.

"My team and I want to have a strong media presence in the suburbs," Schwabe said. "The podcast series will allow us to provide industry updates and share information based on the experience we have gained in building our practice over the past 15 years."

Your Home Buying Compass will be produced one to two times each month and will target various aspects of residential real estate. The upcoming March episode will focus on tips for successfully selling a home.

"There is so much information out there on various aspects of real estate, and not all of it is accurate or complete. The podcasts will allow me to provide some meaningful information to help buyers and sellers navigate an increasingly complex market," Schwabe said.

Listeners can find "Your Home Buying Compass" via Apple Podcasts and BlogTalkRadio. Episodes run up to 15 minutes. Schwabe invites area residents to submit topics or questions.

"So much of what I do as a realtor is answer questions, so I welcome topic suggestions that people would like to hear about," Schwabe said that questions can be submitted to him at david@schwabegroup.com.

Compass is home to more than 25,000 agents operating in more than 60 markets in the U.S. Last quarter, Compass agents once again outperformed in a highly competitive real estate market delivering $69.1 billion in Gross Transaction Value and revenue of $1.74 billion.
