Hanover Township Tutoring Program starts Feb. 1

The Hanover Township Tutoring Program kicks off on Feb. 1 at the Hanover Township Town Hall, 250 S. Route 59, Bartlett.

Certified teachers will provide small group tutoring assistance for all subject matters for students in grades two-eight. Students in grades nine-12 can register for math tutoring. Face coverings will be required and social distancing will be enforced.

The program will run for 10 weeks and will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Town Hall. The tutoring fee is $45 per semester.

Tutoring groups are developed based on age, subject matter and learning needs that are identified by referring teachers and parents. Children who attend regularly and bring their school materials/assignments to each session improve in academic performance and become more self-confident.

Due to the pandemic, tutoring services and program dates may change.

For questions about the Hanover Township tutoring program or to register, call (630) 483-5799 or visit www.hanover-township.org.
