Ava Gizzo participates in record Wheaton, Illinois sale

Joe Stacy, senior vice president, general sales manager and Glen Ellyn office managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, is pleased to announce that broker Ava Gizzo, of the Pattie Murray Team, sold the residence on Wiesbrook Road in South Wheaton for $2.89 million on Aug. 13, 2021. According to MRED*, it is the highest closed residential sale on record for the city of Wheaton, Illinois. Ava's clients were the buyers.

Stacy said, "I'm so proud of Ava for her participation in this record-breaking sale. As a life-long west suburban resident and member of the prestigious and award-winning Pattie Murray Team, Ava intimately knows the ins, outs and benefits of the Wheaton community and was able to share that knowledge with her clients. Ultimately, this home in Wheaton was the perfect one for them. I congratulate Ava and her clients and wish Ava continued success."

"It was really my pleasure to help my clients find the perfect home for them," said Gizzo. "For me, when I work with clients, my role starts with listening intently for what they say as well as what they don't say. Then I go to work thoroughly researching the inventory to find the perfect fit for their specific lifestyle. I am 100% focused on the needs and goals of my clients."

Ava's clients provided the following testimonial: "Working with Ava was the best decision our family could have made. Through a stressful moving process, she made everything easy, going above and beyond to get everything done, even after closing. Not only was she focused on the sale but also on minimizing our moving stress. We were able to start a new family chapter and had the genuine privilege of building a friendship with Ava along the way. We cannot recommend her loudly enough."
