Proper Rate, a joint mortgage origination venture between Guaranteed Rate and @properties, has named Michael Waldman as a Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending to serve borrowers and business partners in Chicago.

Waldman has experience serving a wide variety of clients, from first-time homebuyers to experienced borrowers, and he consistently ranks as a top originator by industry sources like Chicago Agent Magazine.
