January is the perfect time to bring your workout indoors at Techny Prairie Activity Center, 180 Anets Drive in Northbrook.

This newly opened facility features a 6,000 square foot fitness floor with new cardio, strength and functional fitness equipment, an indoor walking track (8 laps to a mile) and a gymnasium with open gym times.

If you are ready to become a TPAC member, enjoy no enrollment fees through January. Membership provides access to all the amenities along with three, 30-minute Strong Start sessions with a personal trainer and three complimentary guest passes annually. Membership also includes Fitness On Demand group fitness classes, along with discounts for personal training, specialty fitness classes and rentals.

For those who need some help kickstarting their 2021 fitness plan, Resolution Solution offers a four-week program starting January 18 that includes four personal training sessions, a nutrition seminar and a free T-shirt. Establish good habits while earning points for participation along with a chance to be rewarded with amazing prizes. The program fee is $199 for TPAC fitness members and $249 for non-members.
