Little Barn Baby to open second location in downtown Naperville

Little Barn Baby is a baby and children's boutique with a curated collection of organic clothing, gifts, toys, nursery decor, and furniture for little ones.

Sylvia Torres is opening a second location for Little Barn Baby in Naperville this October.

The idea for Little Barn Baby originated at her home decor shop, Little Red Barn Door.

"Initially, there was a small section dedicated to baby gifts, but customers kept asking for more items," Torres said. She saw a great opportunity to open her baby boutique on Third Street in Geneva last year and will be opening Little Barn Baby's second location on Washington Street in Naperville (123 S. Washington St.) in October.

Little Barn Baby is filled with organic clothing (newborn to 5T), wooden toys, nursery decor, blankets, gift items and furniture, all for little ones.

Sylvia also loves to support local artisans. "Little Barn Baby has handmade bibs, wooden rattles and teethers, organic clothing, wooden toys, and reading pillows, all made local," Torres said. For customers who are not comfortable shopping in store, Little Barn Baby offers in-store/curbside pickup, local delivery, and shipping.

Their team loves helping customers put together memorable baby shower gifts and mom-to-be gifts. Torres said a section of Little Barn Baby will have gifts for Mom, including candles, blankets, bath bombs, bags, and mugs.

"Our Naperville location is larger than our Geneva location and will allow us to offer a wider selection of our favorite products," Torres said. "We are so excited to join the downtown Naperville community and have already been welcomed with open arms."

Torres is also working with local shops to offer pop up shopping in-store for Naperville residents including plants from Grow Geneva.

Little Barn Baby's official grand opening date will be announced soon. Follow along @LittleBarnBaby, #LBBNaperville or signup to receive email updates at littlebarnbaby.com.
