Art and Soul Exhibit in Lake Forest Gallery

"Art and Soul" an exhibit at The Gallery in downtown Lake Forest will have its opening reception Thursday evening-March 12 from 5:30-7:30PM. The reception is organized by the group: Artists on The Bluff. The artwork exhibited ranges from Impressionism to realism. This month's poster features artist Susan Anne Russell depicting one of her waterfall paintings titled: "Sacred Falls."

Artists on The Bluff is an established art league with a variety of artists and styles presenting to The North Shore themed exhibits. It is a foundation of the community and offers an added cultural atmosphere to Lake Forest.

Susan Anne Russell is an established artist exhibiting in the North Shore and Chicago. Recently she exhibited in a juried show at The Highland Park Art Center, titled "Ritual and Spirituality". In 2018, her painting "Spirit Messenger" was selected for Artists on The Bluff "Spirit" poster. Her work is currently on exhibit at The North Shore Art League's City and Landscape show, in The Winnetka Community House, where she was granted a Solo Show titled "Ethereal Dreams" in 2019.

The Gallery will have its opening reception, open to the public on March 12th from 5:30-7:30 at 202 E Wisconsin Ave, Lake Forest, IL. Wine and food will be served.
