Attorney Joseph Delaney Joins Angelina & Herrick as a Partner

Angelina & Herrick, PC, a leading suburban law firm with a concentration in real estate law has announced that attorney Joseph F. Delaney has joined the firm as a Partner. Delaney brings more than three decades of experience to the firm.

"I'm very excited to be making the move to Angelina & Herrick," Delaney said. As a life-long resident of the northwest suburbs, Delaney is highly regarded among his peers and the many real estate agents and mortgage lenders with whom he has worked throughout his career.

"Whether I'm assisting a first-time buyer or coordinating a more complex transaction, it is always my goal to remove any anxiety from the process and conduct my due diligence to bring all parties to a smooth and successful closing."

Delaney received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University before earning his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law. Throughout his career he has been deeply involved in local organizations and events, including serving on the Harper College Foundation Board, the Palatine Amateur Football Association and Saint Thomas Villanova Parish.

"Through the process of raising three sons in the community, my wife Mary Beth and I have enjoyed being involved in a wide range of activities," Delaney said. "I truly understand the benefits and values of the northwest suburbs and look forward to continuing to share my knowledge in assisting home buyers as a Partner at Angelina & Herrick."
