"The Addams Family" brings the beloved and bizarre first family of comedy to life. The frightfully delightful world of Gomez, Morticia, Uncle Fester, Grandma, Wednesday, Pugsley and Lurch comes to life in this all new story, based on the characters created by cartoonist Charles Addams. The magnificently morbid family is put to the test when outsiders come to dinner, hurling them into a night that will change their lives forever.

Producer Christina Cummins said, "The portrait of the Addams Family may look dark and ominous, but they are just like every other family. This hilarious musical accurately depicts the various dynamics that occur within families, which is why I chose this musical. Both performers and audience members can find moments that they can relate to, and through that, we can find comfort in our own family portraits."

The book is by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice with the music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. The musical is based on characters created by Charles Addams. It was originally produced on Broadway by Stuart Oken, Roy Furman, Michael Leavitt, Five Cent Productions, Stephen Schuler, Decca Theatricals, Scott M. Delman, Stuart Ditsky, Terry Allen Kramer, Stephanie P. McClelland, James L. Nederlander, Eva Price, Jam Theatricals/Mary LuRoffe, Pittsburgh CLO/Gutterman-Swinsky, Vivek Tiwary/Gary Kaplan, The Weinstein Company/Clarence, LLC, Adam Zotovich/Tribe Theatricals, by special arrangement with Elephant Eye Theatrical.

Dundee Crown production team is Christina Cummins, Sarah Robertson, Andy Bero, Julie Massanisso and Will Brocker.
