Team Fallico Partners With 2 Park Ridge Organizations in Community Fundraising Efforts

Team Fallico, Real Estate, Dream Town Realty, is proud to sponsor the Park Ridge Friends of the Parks fundraiser, furthering the Wildwood Nature Center preschool program's Outdoor Nature Classroom build. Well-established within their community, Team Fallico is honored to support these efforts in any way they can.
In a creative spin on their profession, Team Fallico will "list" lots within the build space available for a $10 tax-deductible donation. While a donation does not constitute a purchase of property, this creative take on fundraising will support the Outdoor Nature Classroom initiative.
An extension of the indoor classroom, this space will allow students a broad variety of learning experiences and opportunities to grow physically, cognitively, psychologically, and academically. The Outdoor Classroom will feature a garden, digging and climbing spaces, and performance area. The entire site will also be ADA accessible.
"Our goal is to raise $55,000 to build this amazing Outdoor Nature Classroom for the children of our community," said Craig Fallico, lead broker of Team Fallico, who was recently named as one of Chicago's Top Real Estate Agents by Chicago Magazine.

As a sponsor of Project Purple's Vine St BBQ Competition, Team Fallico hopes to help the organization raise $40,000 to support its mission for a world without pancreatic cancer. Helping to improve the lives of patients, survivors, and their families, this unique event directly benefits Luther General Hospital's Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. Held on Saturday, August 24, from 12-10 p.m. in the heart of Park Ridge in Hodges Park, guests can enjoy incredible food and entertainment while supporting a good cause.
