Kenway Consulting to host August 23 charity golf outing to benefit ALIVE Rescue

Kenway Consulting's tenth annual charity golf outing will take place on Friday, August 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club in Hoffman Estates. For the fourth year in a row, the event will benefit ALIVE Rescue, a Chicago-based sustainable animal rescue that saves, rehabilitates and places abandoned, abused and stray animals. Last year, Kenway's Charity Golf Outing raised $36,000 for the non-profit.

Golf packages for the yearly fundraising event are $150 and include green fees, golf cart use, lunch, dinner, two drink tickets, and a bucket of warm-up balls for the driving range. Sponsorship packages starting at $250 are available, as well as individual raffle tickets for both cash prizes totaling $12,500 and merchandise ranging from hotel stays and in-home wine parties, to restaurant and entertainment gift certificates (winners need not be present).

"Every day, ALIVE Rescue's volunteers tirelessly work to protect the lives and rights of animals. It's an extraordinary responsibility and Kenway is proud to support their mission and help raise money for such an important cause," said Brian King, Kenway president and CEO.

ALIVE Rescue believes every animal has the right to a well-balanced, socialized and fulfilled life, and provides medical, behavioral and physical support for animals despite their age, health and/or breed. The organization promotes sustainable living and care-giving within communities by building awareness, appreciation and respect for all animals and the environment.

ALIVE Rescue volunteers will be on-hand at this year's event with adoptable pups. Online registration for the rain or shine outing is available at Eventbrite (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/10th-annual-kenway-consulting-charity-golf-outing-benefiting-alive-rescue-tickets-61941835698?aff=SocialMedia), and a schedule for the day is as follows:
