Spring Ahead! Career Communicators Club to Host Open House
The Career Communicators Toastmasters Club is hosting a free Open House for interested local community members on March 5, 2019, from 7pm to 9pm, at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 1025 N. Smith St., in Palatine, IL.
Toastmasters Clubs are dedicated to learning the art of speaking. "Most people understand that public speaking can be difficult, but it is an essential part of modern work life," said Joe Davis, the club's Secretary. "If you'd like to learn how to speak more effectively, we can help!"
"Be our guest," Davis said. "Meet our members. Learn more about the club and Toastmasters International. We start promptly and dress is always business casual. We look forward to seeing new members at our Open House."
Career Communicators meets regularly from 7:00-9:00 PM, on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, at the Unitarian Universalist Church's spacious Atherton Hall.
Career Communicators is part of District 30 in Illinois. For more information on District 30, visit http://d30toastmasters.org/
