Prince of Peace United Methodist Church in Elk Grove Village is hosting its fourth biennial fundraiser banquet on Sunday, September 30, at 4:00 p.m. at Belvedere Events & Banquets. Belvedere is located at 1170 West Devon Avenue, Elk Grove Village. The banquet theme is Imagine Peace, Kindness, Love.

Pastor Cerna Castro Rand and Prince of Peace are grateful to all those who support the fundraiser by buying tickets, purchasing advertisements in a souvenir booklet, making contributions to the silent auction, or making generous monetary donations. This fundraiser will support the mission and ministries of Prince of Peace church. We are humbled by the overwhelmingly positive response by people and businesses from the community and beyond.

We invite you to join us for an opportunity to meet and talk with your neighbors and some of our Elk Grove Village board members. You will enjoy a delicious meal; desserts donated by Jarosch Bakery; musical performances by the POP Alive Band and Chancel Choir; dancing led by Professional DJ Pearl Bacerra Jones of Plainfield, Illinois; participating in the Silent Auction; and a chance to win a fabulous door prize.

Please call the church office at 847-430-0668 (open Tuesday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon) or email the church at office@popumc.com by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 27, to purchase ticket(s).
