Vista Health System Names Two To Executive Leadership
WAUKEGAN, IL [January 18, 2018] - Effective January 24, 2018, Vista Health System announced two appointments to its executive leadership team, naming Norman F. Stephens, FACHE as chief executive officer and Jackie Nall as chief financial officer.
Both Norman and Jackie previously served as Vista Health System interim CEO and interim CFO, respectively.
An experienced leader in healthcare, Stephens has served as the interim CEO for the past eight months. Prior to that, he served as president and chief executive officer for of CHI St. Luke's Health System, The Vintage Hospital in Houston, TX, which is a 106-bed community hospital that is one of six acute care facilities.
Jackie's career includes more than 15 years of healthcare financial leadership. Prior to joining Vista Health System as interim CFO, Jackie most recently served as the CFO of Sharon Regional Health System where her expertise led to multi-million dollar financial improvements as well as improvements across case management, patient access, accounting, IT, materials management and the physician multi-specialty group.

Stephens received his master of public administration from California State University and his bachelor of science in physical therapy from Loma Linda University. Nall earned her master of health administration from the University of South Carolina and her bachelor of science in accounting from City University of New York.
