Strikers Fox Valley Soccer Club to host ribbon cutting, open house May 4
Strikers Fox Valley Soccer Club invites you to a ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by the St. Charles, Geneva and Batavia chambers of commerce, at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 4.
Strikers Fox Valley invites the public to check out their space at 1000 S. Kirk Road in Geneva during an open house from 5:30 to 8 p.m. It will include tours of the 50,000-square-foot indoor training facility. It features a turf field, turf racquetball courts for small skill sessions, two weight training rooms, a core room, college room, coaches room and yoga/fitness studio space.
It is the largest and only state-of-the-art soccer facility in the Fox Valley area. There will be live demonstrations of the technical training program that is included in season fees for all players.
Kids will be able to compete is a juggling and skills contest for a chance to win awesome prizes! There will be a room set up with different coaches from different age groups that will be able to answer any questions you may have. Lastly, they will have a 50/50 raffle, over 10 raffle baskets, including Chicago Cubs tickets, golf foursomes, barbecue grilling beer baskets, etc. for you to win! Don't forget to grab a yummy treat while you are there all in thanks to the Blue Goose Market in St. Charles!
