Three opportunities to fish with police this month in DuPage County

Three Cops & Bobbers: Fish with the Cops events are being co-sponsored by the DuPage County Forest Preserve District Law Enforcement department this month.

Members of the Wood Dale Police Department will be at Wood Dale Grove Forest Preserve from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8.

From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, members of the Wheaton Police Department will be at Herrick Lake Forest Preserve.

And members of the Bartlett Police Department will be at Pratt's Wayne Woods Forest Preserve from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22.

No registration or fishing licenses are required to participate. Cops & Bobbers events are free and especially for youths ages 15 and younger.
