The collaboration between Pollyana Brewing Company of Roselle and the Schaumburg Boomers that began in 2018 is expanding this year as the Pollyana Cabana beer garden at Wintrust Field will now feature a German-style Kölsch developed just for the ballpark.

"Pollyanna Brewing is thrilled to be partnering with the Boomers once again for the upcoming 2021 season," said Ryan Weidner, co-founder, president and CEO of Pollyanna Brewing Company. "We thoroughly enjoyed working with the Boomers on crafting the Boomers Kölsch collaboration and are optimistic that baseball fans will enjoy this unique summertime offering."

Pollyanna beers, available at both the cabana at the end of the concourse on the first base side and other locations throughout the stadium, also include Summerly Raspberry Wheat Ale, Lite Thinking American-style Lager/Pilsner, Lexical Gap India Pale Ale, and the Full Lemonty Golden Ale, among others.

"Boomers Kölsch is an easy drinking, crisp German ale brewed for refreshment and fun at the ballpark," Weidner said.
