Chicago woman pleads guilty to robbing man in Lisle

One of two women accused of robbing a man in Lisle in December has pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery.

Precious Walker, 20, of the 8100 block of South Ingleside Avenue in Chicago, pleaded guilty March 16. She was sentenced to two years of probation and 180 days in jail, with day-for-day credit to apply. She received credit for 95 days she spent in the DuPage County jail and was released Friday.

She was instructed to then turn herself in to Porter County, Indiana, authorities on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Indiana court records indicate she faces charges of armed robbery and criminal confinement in a 2016 case.

Walker and Nika Williams, 20, of the 2500 block of Woodlyn Drive in Woodridge, are accused of robbing a visiting Texas man at 10 p.m. Dec. 11 near Four Lakes and Eastlake drives.

The 25-year-old man told police he was in the area on business and that he had used a dating website to meet a woman, later identified as Williams. They agreed to meet in person.

The three drove around for several hours, he told police. Williams is accused of displaying a pistol and demanding the man's cellphone and wallet.

Police said Williams also forced the man to transfer money to her via the phone.

The two women fled in Williams' vehicle.

The gun was an air-powered pellet gun.

Both women were charged with armed robbery.

Williams, who is free on bail, is next due in court Tuesday.
