Animal shelter seeks foster homes for adult cats, dogs
Heartland in Northbrook is looking for volunteer foster homes for adult cats and dogs. All Heartland foster parents receive:
• A designated foster mentor
• 24/7 emergency staff contact
• Same-day medical support, appointment availability at our shelter clinic
• Access to a trainer or behaviorist, should a need arise
• Supplies, if needed
Anyone who fosters is actually saving two lives: The animal they foster, but also the one they make room for at the shelter. For information about fostering dogs, email allyson@heartlandanimalshelter.org. For information about fostering cats, email traci@heartlandanimalshelter.org.
