Cary-Grove Chamber plans Halloween Walk with twist for COVID-19

The annual Halloween Walk hosted by the Cary-Grove Chamber of Commerce still will take place this year but with a twist in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the group said.

This year's event will be held Saturday through Halloween, during which trick-or-treaters can stop by participating businesses in the Cary and Fox River Grove area, according to a news release.

The businesses will have candy waiting and will stamp a passport card that families can pick up at the Cary-Grove Chamber office, 445 Park Ave. in Cary, or at Malooley Chiropractic, 652 Northwest Highway in Cary. The passport card also can be downloaded and printed from the Chamber website www.carygrovechamber.com.

Specific hours for each business are listed on the card.

All complete cards returned to the chamber office on or before Nov. 6 will be entered into a drawing to win a $200 gift card to Walmart.
