Federal, state, county candidates to meet at Schaumburg forum Saturday

Candidates in federal, state and county races are scheduled to face off Saturday during a forum hosted by League of Women Voters organizations at the Schaumburg Township District Library.

Cook County Board District 15 candidates Timothy Schneider, the Republican incumbent from Bartlett, and Democratic challenger Kevin Morrison of Elk Grove Village are scheduled to appear at 1 p.m., followed by state Rep. Michelle Mussman, a Democrat from Schaumburg, and her Republican challenger Jillian Rose Bernas, also of Schaumburg, at 2 p.m.

The forum will conclude with 8th Congressional District Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, a Democrat from Schaumburg, facing Republican challenger Jitendra "JD" Diganvker, also of Schaumburg, at 3 p.m.
