Injured woman flown to hospital after Cary horseback riding accident

A woman was injured in a horseback riding accident Wednesday afternoon at a private stable in Cary, authorities said.
The injury occurred around 3 p.m. when the woman fell off a horse at a stable on Fox Harbor Drive, Cary firefighter/paramedic James Finney said.
The woman's injuries were severe enough to warrant a medical flight to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Finney said.
The woman was the only person injured.
Her identity and condition were not immediately available.
