DAR Plants 'Never Forget Garden' at Barrington's Evergreen CemeteryJun 8, 2022 11:06 AM - Barrington, IL-based Signal Hill Chapter, NSDAR, partnering with the Society of the Honor Guard of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in observing the 100th Anniversary of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, D.C., planted a "Never Forget Garden." The Chapter's Patriot Project Chair, Shenan Constantino, worked with Barrington's Evergreen Cemetery to lay the marker and plant a white tea rose named, JF Kennedy. Evergreen Cemetery donated the piece of land within the Veterans' section and the Chapter placed the marker and rose.
