BOS Holdings acquires Kayhan International
ROSELLE — Office design and furniture company BOS Holdings said it has acquired Kayhan International Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Kayhan International is a 37-year-old dealer of Haworth office furniture with locations in Schaumburg and Chicago. BOS will absorb Kayhan's business and the majority of the Kayhan's employees will join BOS, according to a company statement.
BOS is an employee-owned Haworth dealership based in Roselle.
