Cawley Chicago to handle leasing of Schaumburg complex

SCHAUMBURG - RMS Properties has hired Cawley Chicago as the exclusive brokerage team representing Schaumburg National Plaza and Schaumburg Atrium Center.

The two complexes consist of seven buildings and total more than 585,000 square feet of office space.

"We have a tremendous amount of flexibility with a local and financially stable owner to accommodate numerous size requirements including multiple full floor options," said Tony Russo, principal at Oakbrook Terrace-based Cawley Chicago.

Tony Russo, along with team members Ryan Freed and Kent Smith, will begin marketing and leasing space immediately on behalf of ownership.
