Sarah Leonard Team adds for new agents to the growing roster
The Sarah Leonard Team with RE/MAX Suburban announces the addition of four new agents to its growing roster - Jeff Padesky, Seema Thaker, Carly Anderson, and Alex (Bo) Bohanek.
Jeff Padesky has been a multi-million dollar producer since he started in real estate. He has ranked among the top 1% of all Realtors for the last 5 years. Padesky previously was with Coldwell Banker, making the change to partner with like-minded, service-based agents with high production.
Seema Thaker recently made the change from @Properties as an independent agent. In Seema's first year as a licensed agent, she closed over $1.5 million in volume. She comes with 30 years of social work experience, where she won many awards for her service and dedication.
Carly Anderson, previously with Coldwell Banker, comes to the team with experience as a Transaction Coordinator, focusing on real estate transactions from start to finish. Obtaining her license in late 2021, she has already closed over $6,800.000 in volume this year.
Alex (Bo) Bohanek, previously with Coldwell Banker, started his career with online sales. Once he took real estate courses, he realized he could pair customer-service and sales skills with his love or real estate, and he hasn't looked back since. He has sold over $6,660,000 in volume since he obtained his license last May.
The Sarah Leonard Team has closed more homes in Northern Illinois than any other team for the past 2 years. Continuing to partner with service-driven agents who are experts in the field has been a top-priority this year.
