Zade's Lounge and Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery now open, newest concepts debut from Scott Harris Hospitality

Scott Harris Hospitality, known for its iconic group of eateries and bars, has entered the new year with the opening of two new concepts Zade's Lounge in Naperville and Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery in Forest Park. The news comes after the restaurant group announced its rebrand from Francesca's Restaurant Group to Scott Harris Hospitality last month.

Zade's Lounge is a gastropub and cocktail lounge located at 22 E. Chicago Ave in Naperville with a sophisticated twist and old-fashioned flair. From menus titled "Lolli-Pie-Loo-Za's" (pizzas) and "Groupies" (shared plates) to cocktails named "We Built This Suburb on Rock and Roll" and "Death Metal in the Daytime," Zade's Lounge offers its guests a true one-of-a-kind experience. Aside from its delicious bites, the gastropub and Lounge has entertainment covered with retro arcade games, such as Pac-Man and live band karaoke nights exclusively on Sundays.

"Naperville has been a loyal community to the Scott Harris Hospitality team and we are thrilled to bring Zade's Lounge and provide another great spot to enjoy," stated Scott Harris, founder of Scott Harris Hospitality. "Zade's Lounge is unlike anything we have developed and will be the go-to place to let loose with friends and family while enjoying a nice cocktail and digging into delicious dishes from our robust menu."

Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery, located at 7407 Madison St. in Forest Park in the former space of Francesca's Fiore, provides guests with the full Scott Harris Hospitality experience from the wood-fired pizza to freshly made inhouse pasta. The handwritten menu is refreshed frequently with new choices of antipasti, pizza, and pasta featuring seasonal ingredients. For guests with a sweet tooth, Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery offers a luxurious menu of Italian desserts that include an assortment of gelato and sorbetto, tiramisu, and affogato. Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery is overseen by Corporate Pastry Chef Leslie Tellez, who creates and develops the restaurant's homemade pasta that is distributed to all Francesca's restaurants under the Scott Harris Hospitality umbrella.

"Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery speaks to the heart of our chef-driven, freshly made dishes and was created with the pizza and pasta connoisseurs in mind," added Harris. "Each visit invites our guests to indulge in new creations and expand their taste buds from our ever changing menus developed from our amazing team of chefs."
