A-Action Pest Control Announces Winner of $1,000 College Scholarship Program

Antioch, IL- A-Action Pest Control, a local, family-owned pest control company based out of Antioch, is excited to announce the first annual winner of their Jacqueline M. Duty scholarship.

"We are pleased to announce Carissa Pittman as the winner of our $1,000 scholarship in memory of my mother, Jacqueline," said Cheri Ring, owner of A-Action Pest Control. "This scholarship was established in her memory to honor her and A-Action's commitment to the communities we serve. We think Carissa exemplifies the values my mother stood for."

Carissa is a graduate from Wilmot High School and will be studying Business Administration at Trinity International in Deerfield, Illinois. She will be the women's basketball manager while there and dreams of opening her own dance studio one day.
