Free Family Nights at the Park kicks off June 18 in East Dundee

Join the Dundee Township Park District at Lions Park in East Dundee for free family fun.

Families are invited to attend the Family Nights at the Park on Tuesday, June 18, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Lions Park, 570 Penny Road in East Dundee.

This free outdoor event features:

• Animals from Randall Oaks Zoo;

• Climbing Tree; you must wear closed toed shoes to climb;

• Dunk tank;

• Meet Rocky, the Randall Oaks Zoo mascot;

• Crafts;

• Play at the playground.

This event spotlights the many features Lions Park, which offers something for every member of the family, baseball diamond, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, and ample green space to fly kites, play Frisbee or kick a ball around.

Mark your calendars for the next Family Nights on Tuesday, July 16, at Besinger Park in Carpentersville and Tuesday, Aug. 6, at Huffman Park in West Dundee. For more information, visit dtpd.org or call (847) 428-7131.
