Peak Construction to build Bolingbrook hotel

DES PLAINES - Peak Construction Corp. has been selected by Hallmark Investment Corporation and Love Hotel Management Company to provide design-build services for their Marriott Residence Inn in Bolingbrook.

The four-story, 77,000 square foot hotel will include 103 guest room suites, including 8 ADA accessible guest room suites. An enclosed swimming pool area, outdoor patio with BBQ/fire pit and a multipurpose sport court are some of the amenities offered by the hotel. Fully equipped guest room kitchens will complement the extended stay facility.

The project broke ground in March with expected completion in Spring 2017. Norr Architects and Manhard Consulting, Ltd. are providing architectural and civil engineering services, respectively.
