The 3rd Annual 24 Hour Book Bridge Cycling Relay Challenge

This cycle relay is hosted indoors by Amphibian Multisport in Libertyville, Illinois, to benefit The Book Bridge. Their fundraising goal is to raise more than $13,000 - the amount raised at the 2015 Challenge.

What is the Challenge?

• Wheels down at 6 pm on Friday March 11

• Teams may have up to 8 riders. The goal is to keep one rider in the saddle for the full 24 hours. Each team has a $500 fundraising goal

• Riders have opportunities to participate in mini mental and physical challenges while on their bikes. Winners earn raffle tickets and bragging rights!

• Team prizes will be awarded for the most funds raised and most miles logged

• A Challenge Celebration with cocktails, food and raffle prizes will be held after the relay at 6 p.m. on Saturday March 12

The Book Bridge is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization headquartered in Grayslake, Illinois. Since 2011, The Book Bridge has provided new and gently used books to kids and teens in crisis throughout northeast Illinois. They support, motivate and inspire children in crisis situations to read. We provide individualized access to books and other materials geared toward increasing literacy skills, while also providing children with a healthy emotional outlet to stress. We serve youth up to age 18 who are in physical, economical, emotional or mental health crisis situations.
