Is fretting the new normal?

Why all the excitement about the Syrian refugees? I sent a letter to my congressman (Kirk) asking who are these people pouring over our Mexican border? How many are men, how many are women? Silence. How many have criminal records? Silence. What countries do they come from? Silence.

We know near nothing about millions that are coming over the Mexican border from various countries and we are getting all cranked-up over a few tens of thousands of which we also know nothing? Is this the new normal?

Our president has planted the seeds of many problems, such as the coming crash of Obamacare, the refugee problems, our very tentative approach to international events, (a nice way of saying lack of leadership) and perhaps worst of all his handling of the inner city problems, supposedly his strongest suite. He has been slapping the hornets' nest then leaves. All this is going to come down on the next president.
