Red light camera needed at Rts. 62, 59

I am not a fan of red light cameras except when it is needed for a safety issue. I truly believe that one is needed at the corner of Route 62 and Route 59.

Once again from eastbound Route 62 onto southbound Route 59 at an intersection clearly marked "No Turn on Red," both vehicles in front of me with a red light decided they were above the rules and pulled out into and merged into southbound traffic.

The problem I have is that it was dark and raining at 7 p.m. Southbound vehicles had to hit their breaks for these too much in a hurry persons.

I don't know who jurisdiction this corner falls under but I believe a red light camera would make this a safer intersection.
