'Get Clear. Find Confidence' at Batavia Women in Business luncheon

BATAVIA, ILL - For those tired of "getting their butt kicked," the next Batavia Women in Business luncheon promises to empower attendees. Speaker Tom Reber, an area business coach and the founder of the MOTORhard, will present "Get Clear. Find Confidence. Build a Winning Business."

Reber will share the right combination of motivation and practical application to not only kick back, but to build a winning business at the bimonthly event.

The gathering takes place on Tuesday, June 9, at Prairie Landing Golf Club, 2325 Longest Drive, West Chicago.

The event costs $25 for members and $35 for prospective members and guests and begins at 11:30 a.m.

Preregistration for the luncheon is necessary by Friday, June 5. Online registrations are available, or call the Batavia Chamber at (630) 879-7134 to sign up.

Although as a business coach, Reber often works with business owners, his message will resonate with not only entrepreneurs, but staff members as well. According to Reber's website, he is a builder of strength.

"I believe strength is built when we embrace resistance, not run from it," he writes. "Everything I speak about is designed to help you (attendees) become stronger … mentally, physically and emotionally."

Plan to attend the June luncheon and register by the end of the day on June 5 at bataviachamber.org or by calling the Chamber office at (630) 879-7134. For more information about Batavia Women in Business (which is not only for women), visit their website at www.bataviawib.com.
