The boys had a rough go of it against Wheaton-Warrenville South. The final was 9-2. Jimmy Burke and Thomas Flavin were the only goal scorers in the game for Benet. Turnovers and lack of possession were problematic throughout the game. Sunday's game against St. Charles East had a much more favorable outcome for Benet. The final was a 6-0 shut out, provided by Colin Hall and Cole Schram, who shared time in the net. Benet controlled the game from the start. Daniel Stent scored twice, while Colton Paterson added four more goals. Patrick Lynch, Conor Coyne, Stent, and Paterson contributed to the assists tally. Nice job Redwings!
